New tab view bug #224

When new tab view is selected and secondary navigation bar is shown, there is a tab icon shown which opens a empty drawer which isnt needed at all in that view.

Fixed in 45d0a943d9482cfe023fa42745360caa94acb355, this will be in v13 later today.
