[Feature] Browser/Page Navigation Gestures #246

I'm currently using a browser that has some of the following gestures that can be configured to perform various actions on the browser/page.

A similar gesture system would make this the ultimate browser.

Example gestures

Two finger swipe up
Two finger swipe down
Double tap then swipe right
Double tap then swipe left
Bottom left edge swipe up
Bottom right edge swipe up
Bottom left edge swipe right
Bottom right edge swipe left

Example actions

Page up
Page down
Page home
Page end
New tab
Close tab
Switch to next tab
Switch to previous tab
Focus URL bar
