[Feature] [Ui] Option to Swap the position of Tabs and Bookmark icons place #297

Currently the tabs icon is on the left side and no option to change its position to right side. So and option to swap position of tabs and bookmarks icons would be nice, just like there is an option to swap to tabs and bookmark drawers.
