This patch still isn't preventing crashes as it should be and it's been a while since this was updated. The game crashes even LESS without this patch.

If you have it installed correctly it should be preventing crashes almost perfectly. The game in of itself can be buggy and can crash much like any game can, this patch prevents the problems that were most prevelant in Windows 10, but possible on all systems.
