Moon Phase condition request #24

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No. This feature request is for a new condition based off phases of the moon. ie: "MOON_PHASE"

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and simple set up for a string like "moon: FULL" or "moon_phase: crescent"

Describe alternatives you've considered No alternatives needed as it would be a brand new condition.

Additional context Nothing I can think of
