Add server start check on other available servers on lan #12

And kill server, if there is another one working, with error messagebox.

Still not working. Tested on 2 different laptops with Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 in one lan with Clever - both servers can be launched together, but only one that was started earlier can connect with drone.
