Add script to copter's raspberry startup to connect first to wifi router with default settings and if connect fails switch to AP mode

I think this is unnecessary and unsafe ability, because when the copter is used in event, something can goes wrong with the wifi router and copter must have the ability to connect to this router again, but not switch to AP mode again
