I can't stand the sound alerts and have attempted to turn them off, but they simply won't go away. The sound is way too loud and right inside my head it feels like, and totally unnecessary in my opinion.
The solution currently is to turn the alert sound to 0.00000001 or less. 0.0 isn't allowed.
