Rename to tsdb-kit #91

the point is that 1) grafana could be considered as a timeseries datasource by itselft (or as a gateway to ts data) 2) we need smoothly change to direct access to dbs

Also we need to mark your next npm release and yield in the console that the library is deprecated and https://github.com/CorpGlory/tsdb-kit should be used
