Projects without local chapters lead to critical bug #458

At project list: https://www.correlaid.org/daten-nutzen/projekte/

Clicking on projects that do not have a local chapter associated (e.g. erlassjahr) leads to an error and empty page. Even clicking on other pages via the navbar only leads to empty pages then.
