User accounts should support the addition of invoice information.
Invoice information will need to be confirmed, so we must also track whether the /current/ invoice information has been confirmed.
If the invoice information changes, it needs to be marked as not-yet-confirmed.
Addition or change of invoice information should alert the Lantern administrators in some way (email?) that the account needs its information confirmed.
