Replace the word "Sufia" with the word "Willow" all over the app #141

@Nimphal I think I have done this as much as possible in Hyrax. Also we should replace Hydra with Samvera at all places. Can you please verify this in the demo site, and list specific places where it is still visible if any or else we can close this ticket.

Just one spot, the first line of the About page http://willow.cottagelabs.com/about?locale=en says Hydra. Everything else looks good :)

Good points @emanuil-tolev I'll make a note of those. They are out of the scope of this issue, so it can still be closed once the About page is updated.
