Notify Seeker on Donor Confirmation #204

Feature Request

Once donor accepts the request, send a notification to seeker about the acceptance. Seeker will get information of donors:

  1. Profile information
  2. Contact information

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. request-owner notification once the request is accepted.
  2. Notification to Donor with request-owner's information.
