Update User Profile After First-Time SSO Login

Implement functionality to ensure users update their profile after logging in for the first time via SSO.

Acceptance Criteria

• Redirect the user to a "Profile Update" page immediately after the first-time SSO login.
• Ensure that after the first-time SSO login and profile update, the user is redirected to the intended landing page on subsequent logins.
