Can't connect to service after declining #141

It isn't possible to connect to a service after declining an invitation. I think it should be possible to resend the invitation and connect again.

I tried working on this for a while and couldn't get it working. I tried calling cancelConnect if there was already an invitation sent, but I couldn't connect again after cancelling.
