Solve margin conflict with _reboot.scss of bootstrap: 'label{ margin-bottom: .5rem }' affecting the animated underline

Hello, Trollderius Thanks for your work! But we think If developer use getmdl-select with bootstrap or any other css library (not MDL from google) he must resolved all conflicts by himself.
