Add pistachio_defconfig related changes as patches into 4.4 #269

Though openwrt uses config-4.4 as basic kernel config and uses kmods to enable certain drivers. https://github.com/CreatorDev/linux repo should have all the kernel changes so 0092-TPM-configure-support-for-the-TPM-and-add-to-device-.patch should be added with appropriate prefix and if there are such pistachio_defconfig related changes then it needs to be synched up as well.

All changes that were scoped under this ticket were upstreamed to the kernel and exist in the backports already.
