the tutorial needs a proper refactoring.

the following were found on a first glance:

tutorial stages are random numbers. replace with a proper enum (const ints)
MoveOut trigger is incomprehensible
HeroDiesIntercept could use the hero save/release functions (created for the respawn egg)
