Change the role from Administrator to Subscriber #451

Playing with Update user actions i sat user role to subscriber...then i submitted the form with my Administrator Account. The next step was to restore a backup. 🥇 LOL... lol... ok... Perhaps a form should not be able to change the role of an administrator, or perhaps it should?
