JetEngine: Forms: Add functionality to style the File Upload button in the Form Builder #3261

The File Upload button has no styling at the moment. This destroys the look and feel for customer facing front ending forms. The only option is to create a custom css class to style the button.

This request is to allow the form builder within Elementor to style this upload button.

Didn't find a solution at the moment
