Jet form builder limit form responses by value

This add-on needs limit the form by field and values.

I mean, if I limit the field value to one time and somebody write a value in a field this value can't be repeat.

With this feature we save a lot of time and only need to create one form and fill a hidden field with query arguments.

For example reserve a location or a seat for concert.
