Describe the bug Broken Technomancy Armors with netherite upgrade cannot be repaired.

To Reproduce [Optional]

  1. Reduce durability until the armor's protection is gone
  2. Put the armor into an anvil with a netherite ingot

Expected behavior [Optional] It should be repaired.

Additional context [Optional] It happened in Crossroads 2.9.5, 2.9.6, and 2.10.1. I hope this bug is also fixed in MC1.19.2.
