Autogen modified #180

m4 directory can now be removed from the path, as m4 directory creation and check added in autogen.sh directory.

You did not followed our branching model in the past, and you have made some changes on develop that were not accepted. As a result, your fork is unusable anymore. Please make a new fork and create your patch, following our branching model.
