Removed the errors definitions from the network.h and irc.c files and added them in errors.h file. The errors.h and errors.c files was moved from the src/libCruceGame directory in the src directory. Wasn't added NULL_PARAMETER error because there is already POINTER_NULL error and should be replaced NULL_PARAMETER with POINTER_NULL in the functions which returns this error.
