While rice does not need to be grown in water, it is a general practice (mostly due to the favourable effects of the watercoverage -> suppressing weeds, ...). The game should allow covering rice (and other crops? which?) with flowing water to imitate rice-terraces.
[ ] rice needs to sprout before it can be covered with water (water will wash away the seeds as it does for other crops at first)
[ ] covered riceplants produce a more oz per plant than uncovered riceplants
[ ] covered riceplants do not reduce the nutrients in the soil (so rice could be grown again and again)?
