Fix documentation #4

There're mentions of "postcss-less", "postcss-less-engine" and "postcss-less-parser". Please pick one.

Ideally, this plugin would be "postcss-less" in the NPM registry, since it correctly interprets Less and the current postcss-less plugin in NPM does not. But this wasn't registered first. The PostCSS maintainers suggested "postcss-less-engine" as far as NPM. Originally I had published it as "postcss-less-parser", so that one reference has been removed.
