URL issues when allowing D10 to generate a URL alias #1443

In order to get around the breadcrumb issue, I started going into the Brand site and checking "Generate automatic URL alias" and now I'm getting odd URLs like https://www.colorado.edu/brand/node/252/cu-boulder-logo. How do I fix this?

Similarly, moving pages within the menu structure did not update URLs. A page now under "Logos & Design Elements" still shows that the page is under "How-to" in the URL. Example: https://www.colorado.edu/brand/how-use/logos/university-seals (I've manually updated the rest of the pages on the site as pretty much every page moved.)
