Arrows vertically displaced after setting pointers to something else and back to arrow #284

Bug Description Arrows vertically displaced after setting pointers to something else and back to arrow.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Pointer Configuration
  2. Change tab from Arrow to something else
  3. Change tab back to Arrow Results in arrows now being vertically offset.

Expected behavior Arrows re-appear at their original position.
