[Feature] Implement Socket.io Client side for Real-Time Communication and to establish connection with Backend

Description

I propose to implement a Socket.io client to facilitate real-time communication between the client and server. This will allow for features such as instant messaging, live notifications, and other interactive functionalities.

*Motivation Currently, the project includes a backend implementation using Socket.io, but lacks a corresponding client-side integration. Adding a Socket.io client will:

Enhance the project's functionality by enabling real-time features. Provide users with a complete example of how to integrate Socket.io from both client and server sides. Improve the user experience by enabling features like live chat, notifications, and real-time updates.

*Proposed Solution Create Client-Side Setup

Add Socket.io client library to the project ( npm package). Establish a connection to the Socket.io server from the client. Implement Real-Time Features:

Develop a basic chat interface with Reactjs.. Write JavaScript code to handle sending and receiving messages through Socket.io.
