Fix for an issue in discord #updatechecklist PogChamp #UseKotlin #64

Fixed actionbar not showing up when playTime is set to -1 but showDistanceToBorder is still enabled

(I think that this fixes it, I did not test it!)

Also plz ignore the many commits I'm tooo stupid to use github
