Region: PAL/Elsewhere Tested on: 9c74e12fb8be5db7dd2f2ae33604f955a28ebd07

Edit: Have retested using V-Sync as of BenNottelling's suggestion, updated results. Seems to allow perfect emulation of the 2D graphics mostly

Game loads through, Force Vsync allows the game to run at normal speed. No input is accepted (tried keyboard and XInput). Audio notes at end of this report.

Game save detection screen appears correctly: iss2hd

An intro FMV is meant to play after this screen, but it seems to skip over it.

Title screen - displays correctly when using Force Vsync the first time it is displayed: iss2working

After the demo plays, it will return to the title screen which now looks like: iss2

The loading screen that appears before playing a demo works when using Force Vsync, it does not show up unless in wireframe mode without that setting: loadingscreen

The game demo appears to play, although it only plays briefly, and is only a black screen (white screen when using VSync). You can see it in wireframe mode for a moment. wireframe

Also when using Force Vsync, very briefly audio of the crowd noise is played. The brief portion that is played sounds correct but it ends just after it starts playing. Probably because the demo seems to end just as fast.

Maybe the 10x speed can be fixed with v-sync?

NOTE: When I googled "Soccer" in this repo's search bar this issue didn't come up because the xbe's title annoyingly combines together 'Soccer' and '2' into 'Soccer2'. So I had to type 'International' and it came up. But typing 'Super' or 'Superstar' does also work.

Tested on 811f173.

Game is playable. Movies play fine, audio tends to restart frequently (main menu music restarts, the commentators restart their lines if they're longer than a name like "Beckham"), 2D graphics seem okay but the 3D models for the players are scrunched up into balls. During gameplay the players frequently teleport when running rather than fluid movement and the framerate averages around 5-10FPS mid-field, a high of 20FPS when only the goalie was on screen.

Screenies: cxbx_lhIuhgNCBK (These 2D titles display fine)

cxbx_VKVv6A753o (Intro movie plays correctly)

cxbx_jflWgFyEaG (Title screen, now looks correct)

cxbx_pmriSpgNzv (The menu music is restarting every couple seconds - these menus seem to be good graphically aside from the corners, the ISS 2 transition between menus is very smooth)

cxbx_qi6uklG7kQ (Selecting our players for a friendly, looks correct)

cxbx_GPjPQoguly (Loading screen, again all good)

cxbx_ZSDSXfwkiy (Pre-match lobby)

cxbx_mn9CxZFcRS (Camera panning over the stadium - the stadium itself appears to be fine)

cxbx_IvFmDHybdB (The commentators are restarting their lines partway through, for instance they say "The players appear to be read-" and then restart - also it took quite a while to get here as the framerate is extremely low at about 3-5FPS, and you can see the players' models are all scrunched up)

cxbx_cnwIMXvikh (Wide shot of the players supposedly carrying their countries' flags, all the players are little floating balls!)

cxbx_MckU31BfYK (Further along in the opening ceremony, some 2D UI again looking fine)

cxbx_R7qM1ne2eh (These glitched models do look quite funny, I particularly like this shot)

(Some gameplay, you can see how the player on the ball seems to stay in place and just occasionally teleport rather than actually running over there - the game is functional though I played a bit but it's a bit hard to keep track of who is going where, I did get a couple shots on goal)

Specs: CPU - AMD FX 6350 @ 3.9GHz GPU - NVIDIA GTX 1070 3GB RAM - 16GB DDR3
