The game boots about the default.xbe. In this case a screenshot is pretty useless (no video output), so i made a video.

WIth the most recent build I am hearing some sound when it boots, and then I end up on a screen with what appears to be a loading bar forever.
There seems to be huge progress made on this one. The title now passes the last screen to get to the first start menu. It also now plays a looping video if you stay on the title screen too long. You can also officially press start to enter the game. Rendering is still completely absent, but audio is coming through fine.
The title id is US-065 1.02

Intro videos seem to take up a space 1-pixel in height and max width. Menu is accessible and fully interactive. Yet when attempting to enter into a game, you get stuck on a screen with a loading bar similar to what has been documented previously.
Interestingly, when I tried to replicate all of this a second time, the intro behavior was the same, but instead of hitting an interactive menu, I got stuck with the same loading bar that @bryce13950 had seen.
On build 8087b15, after the intro credits screens, the emulator crashes I included the XBE info for this below since there's a tag saying that the XBE tested previously was tampered with? This one is directly extracted from a disc with no changes.
