Eclipse error #391

Imported repository from GitHub and then, when creating Eclipse project for it, I've get an error: http://pastebin.com/X63h5GNE

Okay, I downloaded it separately, just all shared files of Thermos as ZIP. Extracted it, launching setup.sh - doesn't work any...

How to work with it???

This project uses git submodules. https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Git-Tools-Submodules

It's say nothing to me, I need live example to learn. I learn coding this way 5 years yet and unable to learn with BIG professional(!) literature, especially on foreign-technical language and so more...) I was follow instruction to install Thermos workspace to start coding, it's all I need now.
