用户头像问题 #142

在CYBEX和BTS内盘，用相同用户名注册后的默认头像一模一样。这样会造成混淆，尤其在提BTS币的时候，建议修改默认头像生成规则。 44 444

系统算出哈希值组成的头像，能不能改要问问，谢谢你
