Forking the branle UI and functionality

1. Functionality that branle as of right now have

• [x] Creating Keys and copying them
• [x] Creating post / UI does not really shows up
• [ ] Deployment CI and CD domain mapping with Second.exchange
• [x] Adding the markdown or editor functionality with editing feature this will be helpful in creating the post functionality
• [x] Adding replies to the post , we might have to just restrict to a certain manner, so when a post if created the UI needs to display in such and such manner.
• [x] Making a profile section
• [x] Settings sections
• [x] Messages sections
• [x] Notifications

So far we could just borrow the forked from branle.

• [x] Add the footer section the copyrights and open source license and contributors, -- this require fetching data from Github

Just trying the latest deployment, does not let me go beyond the Post writing - checked the console it gets written on the relayers.
