Improve robustness against rally popups #16

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the scanner crashes when it can't read the governor id, this can happen for example if a barb fort rally get lauched in the moment when the scanner takes the screenshot

Describe the solution you'd like Check if the cast fails and if it does try taking the screenshot again after 1 sec (max 3 tries)

This issue can be circumvented by disabling rally popups in the rok settings or being in no alliance with the scanner account. Because of that simple fix, I will close this issue.
