Double check the mutations in `astronomize()` #44

In the vignette on lineage definitions, I found that 43% of the mutations that are in both the constellations and the usher barcodes are different!!! This requires investigation.

plot_lineage_defs2 has revealed why this is. There's not a problem with the definitions, that's just the way they are.
