In the DATEX model for weather related data, illuminance is being missed, measured in Lux. It is a common sensor related information in this context and worth to be transmitted in DATEX, so this a proposal to add appropriete classes and data types for modelling measured values about illuminance.

This issue targeting Part 5 as well as Part 7.

For Part 7, in DATEX II, version 4, Illuminance was introduced, with new data type Lux.

In addtion, Nosie with datatype Decibel was included in Part 7.

Now Part 5 needs to take use of these constructs.
