By renaming FuelTypeEnum to EnergySourceTypeEnum (in Part 7), the latter enueration is doubled, because it is also present in the Rates package of Part 6.

So the doubled enumeration EnergySourceType can be removed from the Rates package; attributes need to refer to the Part 7 instance of this enumeration.
