Update favicon to new orange logo

I updated the favicon to the new logo.

Description

Replaced the favicon.png files in both the dist and src directories to reflect the new orange logo.

Motivation and Context

It's required to keep the site feeling up to date.

How Has This Been Tested?

I reloaded the chrome browser tab to make sure the favicon change was reflected. I also ran the npm test script to make sure nothing was broken.
