New ci pipeline #198

CI pipeline with GitHub actions. Functionality is extended such that pipeline is triggered upon push to any feature branch. Pipeline is also triggered on pull-request to master

GitHub status badge in README.md is now showing build status on master branch. Travis pipeline is removed.
