Fix keyboard shortcut for undo/redo on macOS #219

Closes #151.

This PR branch is started from #216. The only relevant commit is 656ac3c.

@meduzen the Ctrl-Z shortcut now works on Safari — many thanks.

I wonder, shouldn't we now remove the additional shortcut for undo in src/js/conf.js? Here's the relevant line:
