New SignStream collection ready for inclusion in the DAI #481

There are now several new "Carey" files ready to be processed.

Important to know about these files: As with some other collections, each sign is its own utterance. The utterance itself is the "video clip" and the sign inside the utterance will be what we want for the "sign clip".

Happy to explain further.

These will constitute a new ASLLRP isolated sign collection.

We also have the new RIT sentence file. (Our other RIT files are isolated signs). But the RIT file is a much lower priority!

This is not as high a priority as the other things we are working on now, since this does not HAVE to be done by the end of July.

Carey files have been uploaded :-). Thank you.

What remains is the new RIT sentence file (a new file type, as the other RIT files are isolated signs).

Also - to share the Carey files (ASLLRP isolated signs) in the same way we share our other isolated sign collections.
