Remove Comments from Package Body GLOB.DELETE_ALL_DATA (Not Package Spec) #111

What will the enhancement do?

 -) Remove Comments from Package Body GLOB.DELETE_ALL_DATA (Not Package Spec).  Activating the procedure will then be a simple matter to un-comment it from the package specification.

How is this currently done or handled?

 -) Comments must be removed from the package body, as well as the spec.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 -) Pre-Release 0.12
