Bookworm Networkmanager cannot deal with AP and Client #131

This is a fix to revert to using hostapd, dnsmasq and dhcpd instead of using Networkmanager on Raspberry PI OS Bookworm. Networkmanager using dnsmasq and dhcpd is not working with a virtual wifi interface see #130
