The page lightbox does not work with uncached chunks or snippets. I'd suggest adding a note to the page lightbox TV about calling chunks or snippets uncached, with an example: [[!$contactform]].
Might also just add a default chunk call to the lightbox TV on the home page. [[$contactform]] would serve the purpose.
