In the current ECF1 service, when there is a new academic year, users are asked to confirm:
their AB is staying the same
their LP is staying the same
their DP is staying the same
their programme type is staying the same
In ECF2, we could still do something similar, where we use the migrated data from ECF1 to infer what their choices for who their AB, LP, DP and programme type are.
How do we want to handle this for the new add an ECT and mentor journey? How do we also handle this with the changes to programme types in 2025? E.g. With FIP, CIP and FIY becoming Provider and school led.
Mentors won't have to worry about AB.
