Pin the case cards on click #59

rather that clicking on a case, and then having the card disappear once your no longer hovering on top of it, allow a user to click on a card (on desktop) and have it pinned to the screen until they toggle it off. Hopefully allow multiple cards to be expanded and pinned at once.

I think this is not good UX: as a user you wouldn't know about this behaviour on click, and users will get confused. Furthermore, the cards in the tooltip have links and other clickable content, which would interfere with this new click behaviour. This UX issue can probably be solved with a pin/unpin icon button, but currently the layout is designed to show only one tooltip at once. So a functionality like this would require a considerable refactor.
