Question DeepLesion labels #6

Hi!

Thanks for all the great work on this! I was wondering if you guys have the organ labels for the DeepLesion dataset that you used? I know that DL_info.csv contains the test/validation labels for DeepLesion, but the train labels are not always available. Since you selected 750 lesions based on anatomy, I thought perhaps you might have this information for these 750?

Hi Roos,

In the data repository you should find a folder with screenshots of the DeepLesion3D lesions organized in different categories (\ULS23\novel_data\ULS23_DeepLesion3D\categories).
