Replace ppa:pyside/ppa with python-qt4 dependency #226

Removes the need to perform "apt-get update", and reduces the time taken by "apt-get install ...".

Looks like this is a reduction of 10-20% of build time.

Unless there is an intention to get the gui tests working on Travis, #227 would be a better approach.
